Proof of you contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: The victims from the ikov incident cannot be repaid as the server has shut down. The user from the Soulsplit incident cannot be repaid as well as I do not know the persons username and am not entirely sure how to get in contact with them. As far as the Dbuffed incident I am aware that I am responsible for my IP and will pay out any users that were scammed by him (with adequate proof) by my ex-roommate. I have added Dbuffed on Skype to try and find out more information regarding the incident, I am just waiting for his reply.

Anything you weren’t banned for but want to confess to now: I was an eco-cleaner on Ikov like discussed in the previous pardon; I had unfair advantages in dicing, flowers, and duel arena. I have charged back a member from Soul Rich’s staking FC as he had scammed in the FC and this was the only way to compensate for the amount scammed. I have sent the remaining balance of what was originally sent and the amount that was scammed back to him. As mentioned in the previous pardon I had ban evaded on an account ‘moo4football’ to confirm with Dave on a 3-4 tril ikov trade totaling $850+. Time to Buy has since banned the account.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I hacked a Soulsplit moderator account in attempt to unban mine and sell the gold I had on it, continued to scam a member on the game a partyhat, was banned shortly after. I understand what I have done was extremely immature and done out of pure revenge at the time. At the time of the incident I hadn’t thought about how badly I had been screwed over on the game and didn’t really think about what I was doing until afterwards when I had gotten kicked off the account. As far as the Dbuffed incident I am still unsure on what exactly happened as I do not talk with my old roommate anymore due to differing interests and am not sure what had gone down. At the time the user was hacked I was attending University up in Green Bay Wisconsin. My old roommate on the other hand still lived at the same place in Pewaukee (where I am from) and I do understand that while a member of Sythe you are responsible for your IP. So while this incident happened on my original IP where the account was created it was and is still no longer my IP. But seeing as it once was I take full responsibility for that and am willing to repay any members in which were scammed (with proof of course).

WhyI believe you should forgive me: I believe I should be forgiven because while attending university I have changed as a whole and am in the greater interest for Sythe as I offer cheap legitimate sales and services. I believe that I should be unbanned because I have matured greatly over the past year/year and a half since I’ve been banned. I personally deal with billions of gold daily, I can send you video clips of me paying out 4-6b pots, refunding users when ranks have scammed when Soul Rich or Murdshop aren't online, etc. I would also like to add that I am an avid seller/buyer within the FC / short list of people I still speak with. I believe I have since become a relatively trustworthy guy; I am a General + Moderator in Soul Rich and Murdshop’s commission staking fc and have been a great help for their friendschat (I’m sure Soul Rich can vouch for this). I have also done multiple transactions with Dave (3 trillion Ikov, sometime in early 2015), Time to Buy (2 or 3 rs3 loans totaling 1 billion each), Frenzy (Rs3 gold sale, she went first ), Murdshop (Rs3 gold sale, he went first), Won Gold (Rs3 gold sale, have sold them many many many bils), Arcus (Have sold them some bils on rs3), and Jon (have used his vps service) recently. My point being is that I am sorry for any issues I had previously brought to the community or anyone in general and have since changed my life moto to, life is good spread good vibes. For the sake of the pardon and due to lack of proof, we're going to assume that it was you who attempted to/actually hacked DBuffed. Since nothing was scammed from that attempt, you do not have to pay anyone back.

Also since the individual is unknown and Ikov has shut down, that refund will also be waived. If someone turns up with proof that they were the one scammed by you, you will have to refund them for the exact value of the original Ikov scam at the time that it happened.
