Registered the same day Im Auto was banned and has an IP match with Og OO (likely not a home IP but means he's still using the same VPN/proxy/whatever.)

Additionally has used nothing but proxies since registering, clearly trying to hide his home IP.

And been accused of scamming or attempted scamming, not surprising at all being an obvious ban evader/serial scammer.
