greebz - password reset email not received

I tried to login recently.
The site told me that my password was old and had to be reset. So I clicked through, but didn't receive the email with the new password.
Upon trying to use the password reset form again, I can usually get to the same point of receiving the first followup email, but I still never receive the email with the new password!
It is NOT in my spam folder.
There now does not seem to be any possible way to access my account anymore.
BTW, I use gmail.com
Please assist - perhaps you can manually send a new password to my email address?
My registered email address is still correct.
I'd rather not post my full email here, but you can verify it's genuinely me easily by just doing that, and I'll sort it out from there.
