Unable to register/change password

    Unable to register/change password
    It says I've already made an account and need a new password and when I enter my email, it still will not send any email regarding a password change.

    The account was smurfd0g with a zero. The email was [email protected]

    Getting an email regarding a password change would be helpful please and thank you.
