He literally waited until the second the time was done to take 100m off the account while I was trading, saying it was in his terms of service. He did attempt to refund 39m before saying his account got banned for RWT, so not only when you rent his account, when you login your account is flagged for RWT like his other accounts are (if you even believe his mule got banned).

Why deal with this guy who is quick to resort to petty schemes to make a quick buck when there are numerous other renters who aren't rats and will give you a warning before rushing to empty your customers cash stacks. Look on the forum, even if there are no others available, WAIT, do not come here. Can't call him a scammer though, he's right, he's more like an insurance company that won't cover your medical bills for a broke arm because you never reported your childhood allergy to seaweed earlier.
