2FA Needs Removing Urgently

This is the 4th time I have wrote this post, I have also sent countless messages to Dave on Skype and he's just been ignoring me. I understand people have IRL things to deal with but all it takes is a simple message back and I wouldn't have to keep pestering.

I have been locked out of Sythe due to getting a new phone and not removing my 2FA app from my old phone which is now broken.

I have been unable to use Sythe for nearly 2 weeks now and have made 4 different recovery requests on this thread and not one has been answered. I understand the email system is down, is this why my 2FA cannot be removed? Do you need access to emails for it?

Truth be told I requested the removal ages ago, I messaged richard again and he'll hopefully get to it once he sees the message.

 

also - if you had read the stickies and just posted your SVU phone info I could have removed your 2fa myself
