Not getting password recovery email from Scythe

    Not getting password recovery email from Scythe
    I'm not sure where to place this, but it says that my login password is older than six months, but I am not receiving an email from scythe to reset my password. The account name is Zino. If someone could please help me with this, I would be very appreciative. Thank you.
