Another NMZ question..

Hi so basically I have an account with 70/70/70. I was wondering what the best method was to get strength up?

Would it be dh method?
Also which host? Mtd or demon?

Also any tips are greatly appreciated since I'm new to nmz training?

I personally use MTD. You could go with dharok or something like a saradomin sword. If you get 75 attack, you could also use a staff of the dead.

If you want to train attack instead, a whip would be good.

 

What he said ^. Use MTD. mountain daughter boss is a lot easier to kill with melee than the demons are.

 

Spiders @ stronghold, trust me, they're good.

 

Pretty sure Attack has been shown to be the most efficient combat skill to raise first on the road to maxed combat if thats what you want.

But yeah, MTD is a bit better, but demon isn't bad. Dharoks.

 

That isn't true, you raise attack until the best strength weapon, and then get 99 strength first.

In this case, your best weapon would be abyssal bludgeon until 99 strength and then whip/defender or whip/zammy book depending on how lazy you are for 99 attack and defence.

Saradomin Sword it in NMZ if you want strength exp. Whip if you want attack/defence exp. Personally dharok is a waste of money at those levels because it's low stats to be using it.

 

Abyssal bludgeon is faster strength xp.

 

Mtd is better exp/H I also recommend using dh + overloads u'll get a sick exp/h

 

Dharoking using an mtd host is the best experience you can get but it's very painful to do for a long time as you have to prayer flick every ~50 or so seconds to stay 1hp.
