Why would Axelus be banned for so long without a chance to argue when he never took part in malicious activities?

Just reading through all those pardons it looked like Gun had an infinite amount of opportunities to amend his countless scams while Axelus was just trying to get unbanned asap before he lost customers??

I could be missing something here but from my pov why ignore the good guys and let the bad guys come back.

Re; Contacting all of the victims I could personally find contact info for, asking 5+ staff members to review it PRIOR to posting it to make sure I wasn't missing anything is me just ignoring things right? Spending a year attempting to do this, offering to come up with a cumulative # which I could let a Admin hold for those who I could not reach, etc. is me not trying? I mean to put things into perspective.. I was 1 "no" vote away from my 3rd pardon being denied and I never scammed.. I guess that was the problem to begin with.

I'm saying he took the absolute wrong approach in the initial part of his pardon which probably didn't help him. Offering a payment for an unban isn't exactly something I would think Mods to look lightly upon. What I'm trying to get across is that I was genuine in my pardons, just because people are speculative and find a bunch of bullshit things that were force fed to them by Scammer KO DDyce owner doesn't make them legitimate claims. If people looked beyond face value or even got to know me at the minutest level, they might have a little more light shed on the situation. If I was still such the piece of shit everyone thinks I am, thinking I'm just going to scam quit at the very earliest chance I can you're wrong. Within 5 minutes of that newest thread being posted, I FWD'ed it to an admin, and all of the globals and simply asked what the outcome would be, if they'd like to speak to me about it, and what I can do in response. I didn't ignore it, I didn't claim something to be false, I didn't run into a market section and scamquit knowing there is an open report against me. I'm not asking everyone to open their arms and welcome me in, maybe just the smallest amount of acknowledgement.
