Email Wont come through

Trying to recover my account "iamcole"
I know the email on it is "[email protected]"
the first email comes through sometimes, and says the password was reset and will be re-sent, but that one has never came through.

The only thing that I've been told works is just constantly trying and being patient with it and hoping the emails come through. As of now only yahoo emails don't worry, I'm sorry but I don't host the email servers so this is the best I can do.
