Report skype images show him using the skype err_day which matches the name of a user who was banned probably less than 12 hours before his registration and had the same interest (Buying a maxed 07 staker) as seen here: http://www.sythe.org/os-main-accounts-level-80/1935932-looking-buy-max-main-staker-trusted-only.html

Just for the report's sake if there's anything missing perhaps banning him should be held out until full evidence can be provided (don't think anything's missing though? Idk only skimmed.) Just so Necromence is banned and can't scam anyone else either.
