TWC Appeal

Link to/reason for TWC: Offering to sell an active lebanese number for 15$, to a user who wanted to to verify his account on PA.

List of vouches since receiving TWC: I have acquired plenty of vouches, however since I have TWC and I only deal with big deals, most of the deals I had to go first because of my TWC status.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I offered to sell a Lebanese number to a user who made a thread about needing a mobile number to verify a PA account. In my country prepaid sim cards are worth 10$ and I just thought I would make a quick 5 bux, didnt consider that would lead me into a TWC, but it turned out that it makes sense, since my offer would open a door for scamming to this user on PA. Lesson is learned.
Anything else you wish to say: I didn't mind having TWC as usually I deal with specific vendors on sythe buying and selling that i trust, so i usually go first, However after having 2 major users in sythe getting banned recently including chris, I decided it is better to remove the TWC from my account to reduce the possibility of me getting scammed in the future, this will allow me to enforce my rules of not going first unless i deem the user am trading as "Trusted".

You have six vouches since your TWC, five of which are from Won_gold. You're going to need to make an effort to get some quality vouches if you genuinely want this removed.

Ardy i agree with you mate regarding the vouches, however I deal with only won gold when it comes to bulk amounts, I have sold him 1.5 b 07 in since 5 days, that is 1.5k$+ worth bro, I have just asked him to post this on my vouch thread which he will do soon, since I didn't ask him to do it before as i told him it doesnt matter if he vouch or not on skype (screeny available upon request)

Moreover, the original reason of my TWC has absolutely nothing to do with me attempting to scam, or damaging sythe community or its members in any way, not to mention that the person contacted me to sell him the Lebanese number I mentioned, but after Roary informing me that this is not allowed, I DID NOT SELL HIM, this indicates that i strictly follow sythe rules, as I also respect its staff's decision, even though rejecting my current appeal means 3 month without being able to make another appeal, if you insist I am a threat to this community, i will not insist any longer. But I have trust that you will treat my case fairly.

If you review my history and posts in sythe, I am sure you will label me as the good part of sythe community. I even have threads in the marketplace where i have finished successful deals, but never asked for a vouch because I did not consider this as an important matter to me, I usually go first in most deals and the rest of the deals, people trust me even with the TWC on. But now i have explained why I decided to resolve this issue and remove my TWC.

What if I didn't do any deals to receive vouches, maybe I don't do any trades in sythe like our well known famous investigator nod , will my TWC remain for ever? I believe that since I have done no damage, and since i refused to sell the mentioned mobile number right after Roary contacted me informing me its against the rules, my TWC should be temporary.. Don't you think the time period i spend with TWC on is sufficient as a punishment? for a crime I did not even commit yet ?

I will contact Won_gold now, let him confirm our 1.5billion deal, which was done in seperate deals and seperate days, of 200-300m each transaction, this means his 1 vouch of 1.5b could've been divided into 5+ vouches if I realized the importance of this and asked him to do it after every deal.

I hope you agree with me and again, i have trust that you will be fair with your decision in my case

 

The won gold vouches don't really matter since you're not put in a position of trust dealing with that user and no it will remain forever unless you're able to prove to us that you can be trusted.

 

Jack, But it is quite difficult to ever go first or be trusted by most users using sythe if I have the TWC I understand usually people with TWC are required to prove trustworthy again before removing this stain, but would you please consider that the initial reason for my TWC has nothing to do with my trustworthiness, as I have not proved in any way that I am not trustworthy from the first place, and I have nothing but a good reputation in this forum ever since I joined..

I would really like this TWC to be removed,

I understand it can be hard; however, you'll need to amass more vouches of users going first to you. Please return with another dispute once you have.
