Report/post/reason that got you banned: I privately admitted to Brendan that I had broken the rules in order to get banned. Protocols were followed to ensure I wasn't hacked.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Personally, I wouldn't forgive me, because doing what I did is not okay in any type of scenario under any circumstances. It simply isn't. I am still hopeful though, however.

Back in 2009, my friend (gvr323, see profile link here http://sythe.org/members/202445-gvr323.html) mentioned to me about a website called Sythe, and I was intrigued. I wanted to know more. As time passed, I was eventually offered to share his account, and not knowing the rules at the time, I accepted. We shared his account for about a year or so I'd say(could be shorter, could be longer... My memory isn't the best, but I'm trying). After a while, I posted a topic saying I had phished a player moderator account for over 28 partyhats and that I was selling them. I also made it blatantly obvious that it was fake by editing in a player moderator crown into the chat where the name of the character is shown, and then trying to convince people that it was real. The post was hidden and/or deleted, and my friends account was banned shortly after. To say the least, my friend was not happy with what I did, and I wasn't either, because it was an unacceptable thing to do.

I then came back on MosesCJr attempting to start over because I didn't know that ban evading was a thing back then either(also my bad for not reading the rules), but I was reported as a ban evader and banned thereon after. I made a dispute whereas I was acting oblivious to the events and that I was innocent, but was swiftly denied and rightfully so. http://ww2.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1164658-ban-evading.html

Some time passed and I found Sythe again, and created my profile LoLAccounts, only intending to sell my league of legends accounts (hence the name), but became attached to the forum and started visiting it on a daily basis. The more time that passed, the more it ate away at me until I finally couldn't take it anymore and finally came clean. I was really feeling out of balance and browsing this website trying to forget about what I did didn't really make it feel any better. I still felt horrible.

Upon doing some research on google, I did find this profile of which I did not recognize, but was also reported as to be ban evading the profiles mosescjr and gvr323 as seen here http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1164599-ban-evader-mosescjr-gvr323.html with an email match ([email protected]). This is my email, and I have no idea how it ended up being used on that account. I was told by Brendan that that account was created in the UK so the only explanation would be that my email was hijacked at the time while this user roamed sythe. This user was also reported to have scammed someone, but the thread was closed due to lack of evidence. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=9323643

I also don't know how it is linked to Liam_00_07 or why it was reported to be linked to this user, but the check came up clean according to the mod who handled it.


I recently also returned to Powerbot and appealed a ban I had there for what I thought was a requested ban. I was wrong. Apparently I had made a deal with someone and I avoided paying what was agreed. The amount was for $110, but it has been refunded and I've gotten unbanned. When I first went to appeal my ban, I was under the impression that I had requested a ban, but I was really horribly wrong. I really didn't remember what I had done because I was in a really bad state due to something that happened. Basically, I had ordered referrals for League of Legends for an account that I had. The account was locked in the middle of the deal and I had to recover it for the user. They hadn't even done the referrals so I told the user I'd return the account once they were completed. The staff forced me to return the account when I had asked for them to hold it while it is completed, and the account was emptied of all valuables and untradeables as a result, rendering it useless. I was devastated, I had not only been ignored but also forced into screwing myself over, basically. After this had happened, I fell down into depression because I didn't know what to do, I had no account, and I had no money, so I must've blacked out and decided to do something irrational. I am really disappointed with how I acted and finding out that I had done so felt even worse, I immediately sought out the person I had done this to in order to refund, and did so within 2 weeks of starting my appeal. I am very upset that I had done something like this, and I would never do something like this knowingly either, I suppose that I must've really felt angry at my peers, but that is still no excuse.

Ever since I came clean, I've been feeling relieved and actually less anxious on a daily basis. To say the least, I'm glad I came clean. I still want to be a part of this website and community though, and I'm hoping that you can see past my actions and forgive me for doing what I did. I feel really bad about what I did, and it's been eating away at me for a while now.

If I am to be unbanned, would it also be too much to ask for that my friend is unbanned as well, considering I'm the reason he was banned in the first place? I am unsure if he has created any profiles in addition to his first as I haven't really been talking to him ever since we had a falling out.

I would also like to come back as MosesCJr as this was my original profile, but would LoLAccounts also be unbanned? I am not sure how this process works but it would be very appreciated if staff could fill me in on how this would work.

I understand that if all of this is too much for you, that I might get denied, and I'd accept that. I'd take into consolation that I at least tried to make amends. I also understand that because this is a pardon, you must take responsibility for any and all actions committed by you, or people that could be mistaken for being you, and/or related to you in any way which would implicate oneself as such, so before I argue my case, I would like to own up to that responsibility. If I missed anything, and I mean anything, please do not hesitate to let me know and I will try to explain it as best I can.
