    Regarding hattez17 ban/recovery

    He's created multiple threads requesting his account information to be changed because of the "it's been 6 months since you last updated your info". He's not receiving emails when he sends a request. There was an update saying emails were fixed but this is not the case. He's made a few threads in the past 3 days and they have been ignored or deleted.


    First off he was banned for something not warranted and then now you guys won't let him recover his account? He's losing out on revenue cause of a grudge? Or what's going on? I see other people's threads receiving answers but not his.


    I demand some answers and I expect him to have access to his account soon again.

    Regarding hattez17 ban/recovery

    Dave is the one currently handling all account recoveries, he has limited time and there's lots of requests yet to be addressed. Hattez isn't intentionally being ignored.

    I will bring account recoveries up and attempt to get them moving along at a better rate than they are currently being addressed.

    Regarding hattez17 ban/recovery

    The problem with the email server was discovered by Dave recently. We're not sure what's going on as I haven't had the opportunity to talk to him. As for recoveries I can assure you they're not being deleted Dave typically handles them as soon as he can and has been extremely busy lately. I thank you for your patience and in turn Hattez's.

    Regarding hattez17 ban/recovery

    No recoveries are being deleted, they're all being handled but the email servers were broken for a week if not more. I'll handle all the account recoveries tonight.

    Also, don't get all childish and attribute this to staff "holding a grudge" lmao what kind of dumb shit is that. We're all people who have lives and things to do, things happen, just have a bit of patience.
