Skype is shit, please unban me.

Someone used a loophole in skype's system and stole my skype account. I've tried atleast 5 times to convince skype that I own my skype but they don't seem to care/believe me. I've given up on skype and just made a new one. I made a pardon request before which asked me to do a virus scan but I was busy with building a new computer and school. I wasn't banned for breaking any rules so can you please unban me.
