Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I'd like to urge that I have never scammed anyone on sythe or any other marketplace nor will I ever. I honestly thought that this wasn't scamming as there was no malicious intent and was abusing in-game flaw, otherwise I wouldn't be stupid enough to leave the video up if I thought that the following ramifications would have gotten me banned which it did.


Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I went inactive on a customer that I owed a rental deposit refund during exams period no excuse for this but hes paid back now with interest. I took advantage of an in-game flaw to trick a flower host into trading me 300M rs3 gold at the time in July of 2012 I did not consider this as scamming nor was my sythe account created, I do see now why I was banned for this and have done everything I can to make this right in a short period of time.

You're responsible for actions that happened before you created your Sythe account too.
Keeping it as secret for that long is something that shouldnt take place aswell.
Even through I didnt think you're bad guy, now after getting familiar with following evidence makes me think like you're just waiting for "********"

1 . Yes I am more than responsible for all of my actions I couldn't agree more, I HONESTLY thought this wasn't scamming but there's nothing I can do now about it other than apologise and give my victim his restitution which I did.

2. This was absolutely no secret, I am suprised that this information didn't come up earlier the video was uploaded onto my youtube runescape related channel in July of 2012 and remained visible to the public until my ban on sythe, when I was banned I put the video on private and contacted both Alfie and an account renter as soon as I could for restitution and to apologize.

3. I honestly am not a bad guy I have close to 300+ vouches most of them saying how friendly and reliable I am. A lot has changed since pre eoc including my age, I am 20 years old now and enrolled in Police Foundations hoping to become a police officer some day I also volunteer my time with local seniors centers in my area.

With that said, this was completely out of my character, I cherish my values and this is entirely against them.

Like I said all I can do is apologize.
