What I need is 2 accounts, trained from scratch 1/1/1/1(hp) -> 75/96/75/99(hp)

Nothing will be supplied, all the training, membership etc costs will be on you hence why no deposit will be needed.


I don't care what method you use although I'd recommend doing it through ranged blowpipe in NMZ.
