Need some calculations done

Let's say I have an account with 75/96/75 melee stats, 1 ranged and my guess would be around 85 HP, what would be the best way, how long would it take and how much would it cost to get to 99 HP through ranged.

Few ways I know

Chinning - very expensive but fastest

NMZ - blowpipe - a lot cheaper than chinning but slower xp/hr

NMZ - ACB - cheaper alternative to blowpipe

I'm looking for timeframes (I think it's around 27M ranged XP needed in total) , price and requirements for each method OR some other methods as well as their price/requirement.

Chinning - Dunno never did it

NMZ - blowpipe gives u about 100K exp/H on average (including 75-90)

you use around
725 darts/H
~1840 scales/H

Knowing this info:
Blowpipe would take you around 270 hours
270*1840= 500K Scales
270*725 = 200K Darts

ACB will get you 55K exp/h on average
IT would take around 490 hours to do this.

If you're using broad bolts you'll maybe spend around 100K broad bolts
(I've used 50K to get from 70-99, don't quote me on this though)

For chinning, it really depends on what gear you have access to considering how much xp you need to get. Seeing as it's a staking build, I'm going to assume you won't have access to stuff like void, and would estimate it to be ~8.5 gp/xp. For 27m xp, that's 230m for the chins alone, so maybe ~240-250m if you include the cost of prayer pots. You could expect it to take ~100 hours in total.

 

Blowpipe:

500K scales = 97M
200K darts (adamant) = 29M

blowpipe total cost: 126M
GP/H spend = 466K/H

ACB bolts: (broad)
100K bolts = 6.1M but takes 2x as long
If you don't have 55 slayer: Adamant would cost you 20M +-

 

I'm not going to do the math, but I can tell you that I wrestled with this same type question for hours. I did an extensive amount of research.
I would cannon + knife to 75. Blowpipe nmz 75-90. Chin 90-99 range.
Blowpipe is not significantly cheaper than chinning, but it is somewhat cheaper. Blowpiping comes out to about 85% of what chinning costs. Chinning is way faster though.

Chinning is very wasteful up to about 90 though. I chinned 75-80 range on a pure one time and was paying about 11gp/xp. I then blowpiped 80-85 and was only paying about 7-8gp/xp.
