I had access to the account for around 15 minutes before he decided to recover.

also Yandex has more proof, it was his acc and he was letting the other guy check out the stats because the scammer was apparently going to buy for $30 off yandex, I found this out because he logged in ingame and i pmed him asking why he scammed me he sent me skype req we talked and he showed me proof on share screen, get him involved if you need more evidence.
