    I buy account (EUW 35 champ) from these guys sometime last month. I get an email around 4 days ago when I was working away from home and it was a password change request. the request said ignore this email if it was not you who request it. I then get home after being away for a few days and my password is changed too.. I add OGedge on skype to try resolve and he doesn't give me a reply.

    I dont want t call him/her scammer until I can speak to them, but could you please PM them and ask them to get in touch with me to resolve this..

    As this site does not allow sellers to respond to accusations, creating a thread for it...

    As the buyer has chosen to use this site vs contacting us and responding or provided any details & respond to us, there is little I can provide other than what is found below.

    Account purchased from wholesaler 10/30/2015.
    Email changed so we can reference any bans or password requests.
    After 30 days account is made available for sale.
    Buyer purchased account on 1/12/2016.
    Buyer claims to have received a password reset email 2/09/2016.
    Buyer initiates contact with seller 2/11/2016 claiming they no longer have access.

    Buyer contacts us via a support ticket, sends a sythe.org PM, posts a sythe.org sales thread response, opens a sythe.org scam post, skype customer service (unverified if they did as I do not use it), all at the same time then claims we are ignoring them after not getting a response within 20 minutes.
    Common sense (and our directions to buyers) indicate to contact us and wait on a response in a single place (specifically our support section).

    I respond to the buyer within 29 minutes of their support ticket asking for additional information and have been ignored as of 2 hours later.

    I also responded to their sythe.org PM and sales thread responses indicating the need to follow directions and contact us using the site for your purchase so we can reference who they actually are, what they bought, if its valid, and provide support.

    Currently they need to provide the following

    The summoner name you changed it to:
    The password you changed it to:
    The email address you changed the account to:
    The screen shot of the password change request email you mentioned:
    Have you attempted to contact Riot:
    Response from Riot indicating it was recovered (and not banned):

    Merged the two relevant reports, I can probably take a closer look at this later unless someone else gets to it first

    So I looked it over. I'm locking this because there's zero proof on both sides to present a case. If either of you would like to take action against the other, make a proper report using the Report a Scammer templates (check the stickies of this section). Otherwise, sort it out between yourselves.
