Just going out to say that I really value the time that you put into handling your staff team. A lot of regular users on the website don't see this, so I want them to know, that Dave literally deals with all of our shit. I'm pretty sure I alone have nagged you at least 10 teams on Skype or through a PM or something since becoming a moderator about some small, trivial detail, and you always reply promptly and have never once made me feel like I'm bothering you or being a pain in your ass.

Seriously, thanks for all you do for us, you're kinda like a big brother.

Dave the feedback you receive regarding your work ethic is honestly so true but it goes farther than that. Dave is honestly one of my best friends in life. He's been so supportive of me since we met so long ago. Not only has he been supportive of my successes he's pushed me along the path to truly bettering myself as a person. Recently I had some issues in my everyday life and he helped me through the steps to recovery. I and the rest of Sythe staff and users have been extremely fortunate to have him as a hard working staff member but more importantly as a friend to share our stories of successes and quite frankly if I'm being honest a friend to confide in and seek advice.

Thanks for being a great friend Dave.

 

Haven't really been involved enough to give feedback on different staff members but I always see you online and from experience I know you're always doing something productive when you're online so good job.

 

Dave is one of the only people that I could consider a good friend on here. Any time he's on and I have a question, he always has a good answer for it. Even though he's been really busy with irl things recently, he's still managed to help me when I need it. He also manages to find time out of his busy schedule to do the tedious account creation/recoveries that nobody else does. There is nobody on this site I trust more than I trust him and it'll stay that way for a long time. Hopefully you get through your busy schedule without any problems and let me know of you need any help or anyone to talk to man, I'm always here for you.
