easyelopromo ban ?

I have never advertised for him.
He offered me the domain, in return for letting him do jobs at my company.
Than few weeks later, he quit boosting and left hes domain this way.
Why im getting punished for someone else, i barely know ? I cant do anything about him... Please be a little open minded. Im no where a part of this situation, yet im being picked at.

Yes, this is completely unfair. For me to take responsibility, because i made a deal with someone who turns out a scammer.
This way, half of the forum probably should be banned, because everyone whos doing a lot of trades, might have dealt with a scammer at some point.
Aswell as the guy that reported me, is a harasser and should be banned for spreading calumny, because just because i bought a domain from wrong person, doesn't make me responsible for this person actions. I cant even, take that domain down now... believe me i wish, seeing how it brings only trouble.

I thought its a good deal for me, to buy a domain from someone, and i dont see why that makes me responsible for the other guy.

If i knew he has a bad reputation, i wouldn't go for that... Apparently, only like 2 purchases were made from hes reflink. So i didn't even made enough on that deal, to cover whatever he scammed.

But anyway, are we trying to look for some solution here ? Because i didnt got a response, what are you expecting from me. It just looks like you would pick on me for some reason. What do you want me to do to fix the problem ?

Whoever the mean person is, hes causing tons of stress and a depression to me, for something i have nothing to do with. Im sure we can have a fair solution here. And i hope the person will realize, that hes hurting wrong person. And that hurting good people isnt right...

As i mentioned, deal was simple, i buy the domain, and possibly get the traffic, giving Darek jobs in return. He failed with the ones i gave him, quit, and left everything behind. Its not partnering or affiliating, you can see he wasn't even verified challenger level, unlike my company was. And if you check on me, you will find out i have great reputation, im real honest guy, would never scam anyone, unlike other companies i do cooperate when client isnt happy. Please... check my epvp, fb etc. this isnt right.

You assumed responsibility when you took the domain - that's your fault for not doing the research and looking into something before purchasing it. You assumed that companies identity and therefor also assumed it's responsibilities. With that in mind, you'll be held responsible for the outstanding debts of that company (in this case scams) and until they're made right you'll remain banned.

 

I didn't bought hes company, hes clients, or anything like that. I just took the domain, back than, there wasn't any complains about hyper boosting.

You didnt even yet propose me any solution... neither ask me for anything. Just blame wrong person, for something im not responsible.

So basically, i can create a domain, for any merchant here, than start scamming people, and your'e going to put responsibility on the person that logo ive put on the domain ? Dont you see how ridicolous it is ? This is abuse of the rules here.

I dont have power over the guy, and i have nothing to do with the scams he done. I do not support these kind of actions....

Is this an extortion? if i paid someone else longs, than people would keep coming to me for money i dont owe them.

Its really unfair of you, and the guy that opened the case. This isnt right, and im really sad that you cant see it. Everytime i get scammed like this, i can just believe that karma sets justice itself.

You are hurting wrong person now, and one day someone is going to hurt you. Becouse what you give to other peoples, comes back to you. You guys are wrong... but u wont even ask for a proof or so... because accusation itself is so flawless. And whole case so ridiculous.

Please, just put some effort in this case, and try to see what im saying about. Im not a scammer, im not resposible for the scams, im not hes partner, i basically have nothing to do with this case.

 

You're assuming the identity of his previous company and therefor are responsible for it. You have essentially taken over his company, how you word it is your choice.

Not the same situation - you've knowingly bought his domain and his previous clientele knowing that you would be accepting the forwarded traffic that would've previously been sent to the previous site. It's not like he just randomly added your logo to his website, this was a discussed and planned move and if you claim anything other than that then you're contradicting your original argument.

As for a solution I already told in in a previous post:

What I am/was saying is you're going to have to repay the outstanding debts of the previous company in terms of scams, etc if you wish to continue doing business on Sythe.org. Unfortunately you've poorly chosen someone to affiliate yourself with and this is how it has to be handled.

 

I have only bought domain, i didn't take hes previous clients. Its not as it looks, partnering or w/e. Bad deal on my side i guess...
I can't pay an extortion. from my point of view, its nothing else.
I'm being harassed, spread bad word about, and threaten to pay someone else debts...

Sure, i could have some kind of "justice". Making ujesterwind life as hard as he made it to me, even tho, im no where responsible for hes loss. Prick, didn't come to talk and possibly find solution... just spread his childish rage, and harm innocent people, because he let himself get scammed.

There is just so many methods, you can bother an online merchant with. Well, ill pass on your methods, i dont have to move a finger, life will hit you back for what you do.
