Xhyalus is a scammer!

Explanation of the trade: I bought a unranked level 30 smurf off of him and it got banned due to account selling.

How they scammedromised a refund but did not refund, and according to their refund policy "As a secondary protection we are able to replace accounts that are banned if we are responsible for it being banned."

Okay so, you bought the account on may 3rd, and Xhyalus' company offers a 30 day refund policy. You aren't eligible for said replacement account.

i dont think xhyalus is liable for anything here. he's not obliged to help you if an account banned for account selling is banned 9 months after you've purchased it. that kind of ban comes with the territory

 

Also, Xhy has no evidence that the "second protection" was actually there before the 7th of May or not. Either ways, I bought the account on the 3rd of May. There is a 30 day warranty and within that 30 days, it passes the 7th of May so even if the second protection was added after the 7th of May, it should still apply to my account, should it not? The warranty lasts 30 days after I bought the account, that also means any of the new policies therefor, should also be applicable to the account.
And @ Superfluous, the account was banned for account selling and botting. Xhy is responsible for botting which led to the account being banned. He himself says that he would replace it. He told me to ask him a week later, and I did but he just ignored me. I asked the next day and no response still http://imgur.com/a/JaA2w .
