[brendan]Dispute a unfair ban from sythe - Akselkangur

So ive been out of town for a few days becouse of my work and business.

I recently got a information that ive been reported on syhte, and shortly after that i were banned. I had no chance of providing my evidence or the "my side of the story"

Id like everyone to know what kinda person this joseph fellow is.

1. He kept flaming and flamebaiting me on skype and on Sythe PM-s.
2. He kept spamming me with hes boting business partnership.
3. He lied to people that he never got the account information from me that he bought ( il post a screenshot in the link below and it 100% shows that i gave him all the info and im not going to delete the info from the screenshot becouse that's what you get when you try to get people banned for no reason and lie your arse off) ( btw when you want to check the email that he has on it's the same email adress that he wanted me to but on it. starts with M*** becouse runescape doesnt show the full email ) but you can see that he even vouched for me and the deal was 100% complete. IM NOT REGRETING THAT I DID NOT DELETE THE SENTSITIVE INFORMATION FROM THE PICTURES BECOUSE HE GOT MY REP TO 0 AND HE DESERVES TO STRUGGLE HIMSELF NOW.)
4. He is telling lies that Kevin Kangur is my brother... this person might live in estonia but he is not a relative for me.
5. He is telling lies about me beating up a 15years old kid and that i got a police record becouse of that? ( il try to get my crime reg picture up here and it shows that i dont even have a fucking ticket for parking etc.. thats just so funny lol. )

( btw, please ask "RS Gaming" for some info, he can be my witness that this boy is purposely after me and is flaming me and trying to get me banned. We had a group conv on skype and RS GAMING has some info about this boy being a asshole and scammer on other servers and forums. , i hope rs gaming has some screenshots from the group conv )



The vahvel forum has a report on me but the person who made it has not been proved to be right, or me proved to be wrong.

Since he bought a account from me mid 2014 i gave him all the details about the account. few months ago he wrote to me that he has been scammed and he thinks that im responsible for a refund for him in range of 160€.

Ofc i do not agree with it becouse it was a long time ago and there is proof in estonian language that he shared the account with hes friends who are stakers. ( they stake money and sell gp-s) . He has real life friends in vahvel community staff team ( its a small conutry with a tiny community of a rs forum ) . So he started to accuse me and demanding 160€ from me. Since i dont think that im responsible for that and he took hes riskes becouse he shared the account i refused. ( he got the account recovered for like 3-4 times ) i did my best to help him and it got only worse. So i contacted a lawyer and he suggested me to sue hes ass. So i made a complain in a police station about harrassment and blackmailing.

That is a no way of offsite scamming? he did not prove enought evidence and the screenshots are cut-ed. At this moment the Estonian police is investigating this unfortnate problem and my lawyer is my friend so i got time ( he doesnt want a fee from me, only the money for court ) . He is helping me to form a offical letter to the person who is accousing me.

Do i need to bring up the Estonian law-s that the person is broking and that im a 100% winner in this situation?

This joshep even doesnt live in Estonia and he has told so many lies...

Please dig in deeper before you ban someone..... what more evidence i need to provide? Please contact me on skype becouse im so dissapointed in sythe at this moment. i ASKED BRENDAN ON SKYPE TO HOLD ON FOR FUCKING 2 DAYS. that im out of town at work... but now im banned and my reputation is zero. Ask anyone who ive made deals on sythe, have i scammed them? it was all quick deals i gave all the real info. I donated on sythe ive done everything right. This joshep is boting and selling boted accounts. and posting that they are all safe? he even lied about a person who bought a account from me.. this is just insane.


Il be checking for reply-s . but for more evidence or pictures, skype me..

 

We work on a system where if their is enough proof that the individual may be a danger to the site, that we ban that member now so they can't impact any other members and we then review their dispute and case after. There was enough proof available for me to believe that you had scammed another individual, therefore I banned you. It's always been like that, I'm sorry that it means that you can't access Sythe but this is how we roll.

I don't particularly care about any slander or defamation that may have come between you two. You two can simple block each other on Skype and add each other to your ignore lists on Sythe. If there's any serious flaming we can infract, but that really does matter here, so don't bring it up.

This is the only real part of the dispute that I care about. Can you provide any sort of proof that was continually sharing the account with others? As I am aware, the RS account in question has been recovered, and generally in these scenarios on Sythe, the previous account owner is responsible when an account is recovered and they are banned for it. If you can provide proof that the recovery was from one of his friends that share the account, then that will help your dispute.

The real question, is why didn't you attempt to recover the account back to give to him and assist him?

I don't care at all about the legal case, I care about the Sythe Official Rules, so don't bother mentioning the legal case again, all these points will be ignored.

Their was proof that lead to you being considered on another forum for RS Blackmarket trading, that's enough for us to warrant a ban. Don't ask us to hold out for a time that's more convenient for you in these situations, because ultimately, we do what is safer for our community.
