This is my reply to THERSG0D.

I'm going to call you RS for short , so you "believe" i'm the same person and you "believe" this is not a coincidence.Just because you believe doesn't mean your right , I've used the name D3C0Yx12 in my childhood and so i used that as my skype name.

Does it have anything to do with Decoy on sythe? No obviously not , how did this fact go past your head.I can't find Decoy's skype but it's not the same as mine so how can it be of any evidence.So if you name your skype tupacshakur it doesn't make you Tupac.And If I was ban evading why would I name my skype off a banned user , that would get me banned instantly? I don't understand that but lets move on.

You believe I'm the same person so you ban me , that's very arrogant , there's no solid evidence of me being the same person except coincidences. Coincidence is not evidence.
So if yousuck get's banned and I start posting ban evaders on sythe, I'm now evading yousuck? No bro that's not how it works.

A VPN is not solid evidence of someone ban evading because its public software , anyone has access to it.It's not used by just me and Decoy.Google firefox VPN and look at the first result , its ZenMate.What do you have to say about that.YouSuck's statement is completely false , I'm not going on sythe through solely VPN.No , if you had correct information you could see I'm on sythe through my house IP more than I am via VPN.You shouldn't make accusations without doing any research.I've used VPN's to go to RSPS's and so I can vote multiple times for the RSPS with multiple IP's.

RS, at least post a proper reply not just 1 sentence that is completely arrogant.I want other mods and admins to see this not just you , that's completely BIASED.I'm not trying to be rude , no , I'm just not happy about this ban without ANY solid evidence.I'm going to try and contact Decoy and get him to confirm he's not me.That will be my evidence.I will post the chat once he adds me.

Another thing RS , You banned me because I have an interest in the services market , I'm pretty sure almost everyone has been part of it to make some GP. I'm going to use another example here , If player X was banned because he scammed services and player Y joins the next day and starts doing services , That is called a coincidence not evidence.So were talking about my relations to Decoy?.I sell accounts , he didn't , I sell GP for BTC , he doesn't , so that's that theory out the window.All these relations but what the about the differences.

When your investigating someone you can't be biased , you can't just look at the relations and not look at the differences.You banned me because of some small coincidential common grounds between me and Decoy , but you NEVER talked about the differences.That is BIASED.YouSuck you think you're some great detective or something , those "evidences" are mere coincidences , if you tried that in real life you'll get nowhere.P.S I'm posting this with my real IP.

Going back to biased , I want ALL mods and staff , or as many can , to read this and think about it, none of the evidences are SOLID. TheRSG0d HIMSELF clearly stated he "believes" that I am the same person so clearly he is in the wrong here.Also YouSuck should definetely read this , I want to see his reply to this.

RECAP :

1.A VPN is not solid evidence , if you google "firefox VPN" the first result is ZenMate.Its public software is not exceptional to just me and decoy.

2.My skype name does not make me Decoy from sythe.There isn't only one Decoy in the world, It's just a username.Who would put there skype name as something that stupid if they were Ban Evading , they would get banned instantly and why would I donate $50 , get a thread layout done , get a signature done , try to get a nice little service set up if I were to get banned instantly?

3.The most important thing here is , THERSG0d , and I quote said that he "believes" I'm the same person . Him believing doesn't make it true , again he's in the wrong here.

4.Only he shouldn't be making decisions on this dispute , that's BIASED , another staff member should look at the dispute and then talk to the original staff member about it.I wan't all staff to look at this dispute and re-invent the way this system works.There's way too many ban's without proper evidence , and it's way too biased.

5.Just because I like to do services for GP doesn't mean I'm Decoy, you found the common grounds between us right? What about the differences huh? Still biased once again , theres no balance between evidence and counter-evidence.I sell GP for BTC , Decoy doesn't , I do services , He didn't.I'm $50 donator he wasn't.I sell accounts , he doesn't.What happened to all these points?

6.I am not trying to be rude to anyone , I hope you understand what I'm going through right now and I'm barely keeping it together writing this dispute.

7.If you have the time please go through this whole dispute , it goes through alot and it is all real talk.

8.All evidences that led to my ban were mere coincidences.Coincidences are not evidence , evidence is something unique from person to person , like fingerprints , IP , style ETC.

9.TheRSG0d , I don't want a one line reply and locked thread.I want a conversation between us if possible.

I am not Decoy.I have added dasmokeofny on skype and will get his reply once he adds me.

@TheRSG0d , did you even read what I stated.You DON'T HAVE ANY SOLID EVIDENCE TO BAN ME IN THE FIRST PLACE.It doesn't matter what you believe or what you don't believe , you don't have any solid EVIDENCE.There fore without evidence it is a false ban.What part of that don't you get?Unless mods can ban whoever they want without any proof , I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be banned right now and many agree.

I don't think it's a false ban. However, as I said, I will let someone give a second opinion on your dispute.

 

The proof I've been shown is pretty clear cut. It's almost undisputable.
