Dispute Unban

Explanation of the trade: Basically I was purchasing 50 billion Ikov GP off the user, I had spoken to them earlier in the morning and they had informed me that they would be out of stock for at least 7 hours from the start of the conversation as they were waiting on someone. I said that was fine as I had to attend work for at least 10 hours and requested he saved me some he had informed me he would put me on the list. 9 Hour's later he messaged me whilst I was at work informing me that he now had 300b for sale (Same as he said before hand) I requested to hold for at least an hour as was on my way home, he had informed me that his mule had been banned and was waiting on a person also an known Administrator on IKOV named Doug to unban his account. I had Informed him to notify me when the account was unbanned to do the trade and he had shortly later. After a while of trying to sort the trade out we had came to an agreement of paypal because he thought I was using a pre-paid card.

How they scammed: Did not for fully their agreement on a trade of In real life cash for gold on a server.

This was over 2 years ago, I paid the person his 75b and everything should be solved. Next thing i know he accused me of scamming him. Trying to get back into 07/rs3 business, but it's impossible if i still got a ban on my account. Asking for a unban.
