Well sorry i class what you did to me the same thing, saying Oakdice , Boom78 are all linked under the same person because you also linked my youtube which had my dead man mode account which was banned on it.

your very right, but the person im trying to get banned on Twitch does not even have a sythe account or have any affiliation with us.

Not even trying to get her fully banned as i did warn her in the video to abide by twitch TOS, as its unfair to ban me for something they are allowing her to do.

 

You linked your own sythe account on one of your you tube videos so your point is moot.

My sythe and youtube both are swapping only, you linked another Sythe account which actively used to rwt into the mix and linked them all to me.

 

Let's say Jagex allowed lets say sparc mac to rwt and they knew about it but didn't ban him. This actually happened. Now lets say they found out about you rwting and banned you. You should probably try and get sparc mac banned and sue Jagex. It only makes sense.

when jagex sees it and decides to look into runeswap RWTing, any of their workers/members that get banned for such is due to what you've done here

But i was not trying to Get anyone at RuneSwap banned, if that were my real objective i might as well not have my swapping service on Sythe, because i know it leads to a ban from personal experience.

In the case with Twitch, twitch is not similar to lets say rwt. I like to think of rwters as drug sellers, you may get caught you may not. However Twitch is not like that at all because you Broadcast your shit for millions to see. Now if they openly banned me for having a swap panel on my livestream, and still allow alisha to with hundreds tuning in, obviously an admin has said "fuck oakdice i dont like him ill keep him banned"

According to Twitch's terms of service this is not allowed. Plus the fact admins are well aware that she is doing action that violate TOS and let her stream anyway leaves room for me to file a case on discrimination, because thats very dangerous to play around with, especially when you ban someone for something so sensitive.
