Referral Links

Current Rule: "Referrals: posting referral links(referrals are allowed in signatures only) for sites, surveys, other games, etc. This includes sites such as Share-cash."

Not clear if allowed in user title. Amend so as to make this distinction but do not make it retroactive.

 

Yeah I agree with this, I've never been a fan of links at all in UTs but whatever.

 

Support, wouldn't make sense to allow it within UT but not elsewhere.

 

I think it's pretty clear signatures are the only exception but I really don't care if they are allowed in UTs too.

 

Then why don't users get infractions for brandishing them in their UTs? It really mustn't be clear cut.

 

I would support links in general being allowed anywhere.

As long as it's not a virus or whatever, I think it should be allowed

 

If we're talking about my UT, it isn't a referral and I get nothing out of it except the monthly pay. It's just a way to see how many clicks people buy shit with through my links.

I support that there should be no referral link posts, though. Only UT/sig.

 

Yeah, the reason that referrals are allowed in a signature is because it's a personal space that is sort of owned by the member, not posting all over the public sections of the forums.

I don't see a Usertitle as anything different, apart from members have had to pay a small amount to be entitled to utilise it, so I support.

I honestly see the UT as an extension of a signature, so I support having a clear-cut rule allowing the links in UT's.

I think allowing them in usertitles is fine.
