    Hello, i got scammed by thetomeyh for 18Euro (not much but scam). we agreed to a price and we talked a bit over skype and i payed him and got the email and password. but now he have changed it and cant get in contact with him...

    There is a pic of the Skype chat, the e-mail is the same e-mail i sendt the Money to and its the e-mail of the account...
