password reset

Hi, so a little over 6 months ago i bought an account and it got recovered.. I forget the password to my account Artxc. When I try and reset the password, I dont get the email that was suppose to send. Can I reset my password a different way?

 

When I get the email to reset my password I copy and paste the link and when go to the site it sends me, i get this message
