what Pure

i have a level 3 account with 82m im wanting to make it into a pure but haven't had a pure for a very long time so i not sure what builds are worth making

 

I still prefer gmaulers over the other builds, but lately there looks to be a hype of SOTD pures.

 

Definitely a G Mauler. Anything else is boring..

 

My favorite build isn't a pure, but if you were curious to give it a go, it's a low hp/pray void ranger!

With like 26 prayer, 50-60 hp, 85+ range and the minimum void stats. Your rune knives will destroy pures ^_^

I just recently started making a range 2h pure, atm 40 att 70 str 1 def 70 range, it's pretty fun in F2p but I think a gmaul pure would be a bit more fun. That or void ranging as Pure addiction suggested.

 

Range tank. With that amount of gold you can get bgloves done from 0 qp in a week by somebody. Tanks are the absolute strongest pures in the game. Fights are more boring, and you're looked at as a douche, but there's just nothing anybody can do against you.

I personally don't like range as a skill in general, just always been more of a melee person, so I would go 60 attack 70-80 str 70 def piety pure. Keeps risk relatively low, and you'll be fighting high level zerks that punch their balls trying to hit through your torags.

 

I would recommend a G-Mauler like others have suggested. They are really fun to pk on at low combat (like 50cb) with 50att/60ish str and 70 range, I'd suggest staying 1 prayer or 15 if you think avas is a must. Make sure to quest to like 46 attack and get mith gloves.

This suggestion is based on the fact that I have played many types of pures: Obby, Gmaul, DDS, 20def, and AGS Pure. I recently just finished making an AGS pure and I really dislike the pking on it and I wish I had made a mauler.

Best thing about Gmauler is that if you get bored of fighting at relatively low cb you can just train to a higher cb bracket or go 60 attack.

STOD (Staff of the Dead Pure) is really popular and hyped right now but looks boring AF you just spam cast flames of zamorak and with 1 tb and some entangles. They are also easy to kill with Gmaul due to low hp.

 

F2P Pures with low hp are lots of fun, you can afford to cannon range so I would do that if you do decide to make a F2P Pure, something like 92 range 87 strength with 60 hitpoints would be good. You would also have to pest control some strength levels as well.

If you're unsure, definitely stay 1 def and as low pray as possible for now. I would recommend starting out with a low-level gmauler as the level bracket is very active and pretty enjoyable, and you can also always train up into another build (unlike going straight towards something like a voider, where you would be locked in with possible unnecessary levels and not as many options for transitioning to another build).

 

Start with low attack and low prayer and go through each build of pure when you get bored of each one
