Corruption in sythe staff?

It doesnt involve everyone! please dont think that.​

Since ive posted a scam report im convinced that the staff is sort of " corrupted"

Player1 Posts legit evidence
Staff replys and banns player2

that is what i usually see right? and its correct. If player2 wants to redeem himself he will contact player1 and refund and might get even unbanned.


My problem is my report? i reported a famous sythe salesman who has alot rep and vouches. YES i dared to report him with solid/legit evidence.

Why is banning him so long? why doesnt any1 give a sht?

Even tho he has no desire to refund me or talk to ( DELETED me from skype )
Hes business skype is online 24/7 since they are chaning persons behind the skype. Yes he deleted me? staff team its time to move.


MY FEEDBACK IS: all bad... all the deals ive made on sythe ive been scammed. Staff just doesnt reply to private messages or care about my problem.

Problem is, ive asked like almost everyone of them to take a look. There are no replys or no actions taken. No1 answers pm-s or on skype. Entrr is the one i respect, he was the only one to take hes time and reply to me and talk to me on skype.

We've actually been discussing this case in a private staff chat. I understand that you're very frustrated with this case, but it is a little more unique compared to your standard obvious scam. I don't feel that you can label the staff as corrupt when the case is still ongoing and a verdict hadn't been made against you. Also, some cases can take a week or longer to be resolved, your report hasn't even been opened for 24 hours.

I understand it's a horrible situation to be in, and the staff overall are very thankful for your continued patience, but it's a slightly complex scenario that we need to be careful with before wuickly making a rash decision.

But i can see won gold being a famous person on sythe effecs the speed of the process.
Usually people get insta banned but right now you are taking ur time.
He has told me that he is not going to pay me. Eventho the evidence is there?
Ive provided it all even more than needed.
It's so hard to cantact him since he lets other people use hes skypes. They can all say " our mananger returns in 7 hours" ... i were up for like 22 hours yesterday becouse of this bul******* and when i finally got to talk to the "Mananger" he just denied the fact its hes fault. Just speed the process up what else is there to discuss?
facts are its hes fault, proven by screenshots where he even admits hes vps fked up.

well for me it looks like a corruption becouse, if it would be a newplayer or a req member im 200% sure they would be banned allready.

 

It has nothing to do with reputation, or favouritism. On the contrary, Won Gold has been banned many a time in the past.

In regards to handling this case, Ardy has already set that in motion, and as Brendan said, it's being discussed.

Ultimately, it's beneficial for all parties involved receive the appropriate reimbursement/punishment, and thus, it may take slightly longer than usual - especially as this case isn't just a simple 'he scammed me, ban him case'.

But how could it get resolved? he is offering me 43m osrsGP but im not taking lower than 120m since ive lost the account and everything becouse of hes mistakes. my demand is a full refund, but he is not agreeing.

Yep. Just look at my TWC.

I did a league of legends account leveling service, got some kids account from level 1 to 30, and he paid me some money on paypal. A few days later he gets an email in his account warning him for toxic behaviour and that he should be more polite in game. Thats it. His account wasn't marked, he didn't get a chat suspension, a ban, or any punishment at all. Just an email warning. That warning was 'justification' enough for him to chargeback the paypal funds, so I reported him on sythe, he got banned. A few hours later they found out about the 'warning' and said that I broke my own Terms and conditions and that he deserved all his money back. My tearms and conditions were that I wouldn't get the account banned. The account wasn't banned. In what world is your first offender email warning for chat toxicity = an account ban?

After a mod found that out, he unbanned the person (who is now permanently banned, after being given the opportunity to scam again) and slapped me with the TWC. After I tried disputing the TWC, the mods told me I need to go through the proper sythe means of requesting TWC removal which is to show you're trusted by posting a bunch of vouches from new trades you've had while you have the twc. Problem is I don't trade on this site anymore, because I quit runescape years ago. So what am I supposed to do? Be stuck with it forever even though it was undeserved? Consider your situation unlucky OP, but that's just the way it is on this site.

 

my case isnt even near with urs. I'l just wait for the staff to make a decsision and i hope it wont take too long. if it will take 3days+ then im sure that nothing will be done.

 

We're not talking about the individual aspects of the cases. We're talking about the inconsistency with the rules and sythe staff.

Hes telling me that he needs to talk to the staff? wich means the staff havent even contacted him yet.. this shit is going to take months if it wont get speeded up. im 100% sure he will not pay me everything, instead he wants to play me 43m.?

if he gets away with only paying 43m then il see the tru colour of sythe. Ive been scammed for 5 times on sythe and this time i got like the best evidence a person can have and everyone are like " oo this is a different case " " we are discussing it " the hell are you disscussing about? just make a vote and thats it.

Give me a freakying date then? when i will come back to sythe to see the results.

Here is a report that was made by another trusted player and won had to refund him also..

 

You're definitely jumping the gun on the whole corrupt staff thing. When it comes to dealing with account recovery scam reports it always takes a bit more time to come to a decision. Trust me, posting multiple topics in 3-4 areas on the forum isn't helping your case either.

The staff has to wait for the person in charge of the won_gold account to contact them, they can't just speak to a random employee and that alone takes time because of the difference in time zones. Also, he didn't say that if Sythe staff tells him to refund it all he won't, he said he needs to speak to staff.

Best case scenario anyway is you get the account cost + training cost back. You most likely will not get the 18m that was on the account back.

 

I'm fairly sure (as I asked unb4nn3d previously) that a refund is to the full value of the account; with sufficient proof provided.

Well ive provided proof about p2p cost and bonds cost also.

And they need to talk to won? god dam it, the guy shares hes skype with many people. He can easly say that " im not the owner " and stall the time... at this moment i took a screenshot him saying he is the owner and will contact staff but im sure this thing will take along long long time...

 

I think you're failing to understand the definition of patience. If he doesn't respond in a timely manner or refuses to refund then he'll be banned. Him being banned doesn't help you get your money back, let staff handle it and i'm confident they'll come to a solution. Also, you realize that report is from 2013?
