Can you show me where it says he had his TWC for self vouching with the account Simplicity? I tried finding it, but I cant. There's no IP match with the user Simplicity either, so I dont have anything to ban him atm. If there's no proof of this, maybe another mod that remembers could continue with this report?

You're right. Im pretty sure he got his TWC for self vouching on his account simplicity.
