Was told I needed the same IP as the one I used. Still using the same VERY local ISP

I posted a recovery here a couple weeks ago. I've been trying to get access for over a year now.

The email I have registered for recovery with my sythe account is locked out.

The @live email service is forcing me to respond to a text message sent to a bogus phone number i signed up with (because when do we ever trust Msoft with our real info) so I can send "forgot my password" requests for years, and I have, but I cant get into the inbox even though I have the right password.

Dave, great guy. Comes through and says I needed to be from the same IP/location from when I used my account before.

I am still currently using the ISP I used, its very local to my community in a college town. As well I also used my university's network quite a bit to connect to sythe. Hostname/IP address I connected was formatted as 'student-loginid.myuniversity.edu'. I still live right next to my university, if what yall need is me connecting from that same hostname @ my university i will go trudge it out in the snow and go connect to sythe from the computer lab.

 

Without that IP match there's really nothing I can do. Have you done any PayPal transactions with reputable users in the past?
