I can't log in because of 2 factor authenticator

Basically what happened is I got a new PC and my phone had to be re-formatted because it was bricked...

The Authenticator was saved on my phone but I forgot to write it down as I wasn't thinking I needed it when I log on to my account on my new PC.

You can IP check or what ever I don't know but I can confirm I'm the owner off the account any way so if I can have it back I would really appreciate it.

You're going to have to speak with Richard and provide undeniable proof that you're who you say you are. You're not SVU, so general admins cannot remove your 2fa.
