Ban Dispute

Hi there,

After getting home tonight I went onto sythe to see what was going on and I noticed I was banned. I went to check my ban reason but I can only see it was for spamming but I can't see the actual post reason for being banned. I noticed a few days ago I had accumulated quite a few infractions on my account. The main reason I've received so many infractions is because I share my sythe account with my business partner and I don't think he takes our gold business or Sythe as serious as I do. I'm going to change my password on sythe and tell him he needs to create his own account because I don't want him reflecting poorly on me as I've worked hard to earn a reputation and vouches on sythe as I plan to use this forum long term and I would like to make and leave a good impression as a service and a user. I've messaged Dunworry personally when I felt I spammed to delete my post; nothing is done intentionally it's just to try and become more involved in the community and to get to know others.

Please consider unbanning me, I know the ban is short but I can assure you the issue is resolved and that nothing bad will come of my account any longer.

Sorry once again for the inconvenience and numerous times you've needed to send me infractions, I only wish to be a valued member of the community and to get to know the admin team.

 

You've been warned for posting things like "good luck with the sale" and "nice thread". That is considered spam. It's a temporary ban, wait it out.

 

Just to add - don't share your Sythe account. Get him to make his own.
