why don't you use these skills and grow your company you're currently working/developing? Do these skills not exist, I am confused.

It's great that you do all this currently, but those are both very new and un-established sites. You cannot possibly be claiming that you can provide all of this if this is your only experience. If you can, then prove it by making the TWO companies you ALREADY work for better.

 

Some good arguments; and I completely understand where your coming from with that.

The simple answer is - I am.

I strive to make those websites better than they already are.

And this is in fact a long term process goal.

It won't happen overnight.

 

Do you have a portfolio of your previous work, and said success? You mention sales and maths alot, I assume you have some sort of qualifications relative to sales projection (marketing to be more specific), meta-data retrieval and data projection and assimilation?

Not to rain on your parade, but from the OP, all I can gather is that you want to pay workers and manage them.
