Report/post/reason that got you banned: A scam report was filed against my account, one that wrongfully got me banned. I have continued to be denied due to the fact that I ban evaded on multiple accounts instead of taking action and providing a dispute with the evidence I had.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: There is nothing I have to confess, I ban evaded and therefore the only thing I can think of is to list the accounts on which I used to evade the ban so that they can be banned. One of my earlier pardon attempts has these listed, and here is the list of names that I used -

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I recently turned 19 and decided I was going to make one more attempt at returning to the sythe community. After a few years of being away from sythe, I continue to miss the experience of trading and socializing with the other sythe members as well as the environment that I have been unable to find in any other sites like this.

My original account - ekonka - was banned in late November of 2011 (over 4 years ago). (Link is next)

The original story was I sold him (Wazzupdude) an amazon gift card worth $50, and he reported me claiming it was invalid and it led to my ban. I ended up winning the dispute for the money he sent me on paypal, and had clear evidence of there being no scam attempt on my part.

Having all of this, I still did not fight to get unbanned, and instead decided I was going to ban evade. I had a few connections with sythe members (kevin001, the black tux, video, exile3, etc - all reputable members) with whom I continued to trade with. At the time I didn't want to take the time to make an argument against my ban, and instead thought it would be a much better idea to just trade under different accounts and attempt to avoid the ban. After a number of trades on my first evasion account, I was connected back to Ekonka and was banned. My next few accounts didn't last very long either.

Long story short, I got tired of going against the system and attempted to reconcile things with the ban with my dispute -

Here I plead my case, only to be denied due to the ban evasions.

I followed up with a couple of pardons (following the rule of 6 months) and for various reasons I wasn't unbanned.

The most recent pardon - http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1805200-requesting-pardon-ban-evasion.html - ended with Dave saying - "Honestly I looked into the pics and the old dispute and such, and with the pics from the report not being there I'm just gonna have to say that you need to accept responsibility for it and attempt to pay the user back.
You waited over a year to post that dispute, any the pics of your saying that it was redeemed elsewhere prove absolutely nothing seeing as no shit a 2 year+ code has been redeemed by now.
go ahead and attempt to contact the user to refund him.
Denied for now.
Attempt to contact the user, show proof of that, and once you've tried for at least a month to contact the scammer user, you can post a new pardon.
In that pardon, include all offences for scamming, ban evading, and whatever else.

It's been a while since then, and I have attempted to contact the user through sythe messages in order to refund him as per Dave's instructions. I have posted 3 pictures above illustrating this attempt, and one of them shows at least a month has gone by and still I have received no response (empty inbox folder).

All-in-all, I have been banned for over 4 years now, have attempted to come back, have attempted to pay back the user who is responsible for my ban, and I have learned a lot. One of the main things that I have learned is that you can do a lot of things by simply avoiding the rules and consequences, although it is much more logical and just feels a lot better to be playing by the rules and going with the system. I started my pardon requests in 2013, and it now being the year 2016 I can say I have not vaded using any sythe accounts since then. I have not scammed anyone either, and any trades I have been a part of have all gone very smoothly. In fact over the years I have proven legitimacy in many things, having my main accomplishment being a host in Cora dyce (Back when it was a big thing to gamble in Runescape.) which shows a level of trustworthiness and legitimacy (you can find my account on coradyce.com under "ekonka30")

I have changed quite a bit, and I literally cannot put into words how ecstatic I would be if I could finally, after these past years return to the Sythe community and re-build what I once had.

Thank for taking the time to go through all of this, I know it is a lot to read, but it means much. I would love to return and can't wait to see what you all have to say!

Video - Don't remember this but it happened and I will take action accordingly... Is there any way for you to get me his paypal email address to send the refund to? Or do you have any ways to contact him and attempt?
I will attempt to refund the user, I just need some form of contacting him. If he does not respond or if I have no way of contacting him, I'll just donate the money to Sythe or something given how little it is.

time to buy - I didn't evade to post that. I created that account (badboy19) years ago and had it apparently logged on with my phone (I've been using my laptop for the pardon, and used my iphone for that one post, not knowing it was logged on. I haven't even used that account to ever post anything). I've listed it previously as a evading for it to be banned, yet it hasn't happened until now. I am aware to keep staying unregistered.

Furthermore,
I have emailed the user on the email superfluous provided, and so far no response. I will send him one more email and post pictures if/when he responds or after a month has passed.

I have not gotten any response from this user, and I would post my email inbox, although I don't know how without sharing personal information (although would be willing to show it to a trusted moderator)

If anyone wants to verify, they can email that email to confirm that I did email the user. I did not get a response.

Anyways, as previously mentioned in my pardon, I would like to be welcomed back to this site. I have attempted to contact this user and have received no response, and am willing to donate the money in question regardless - either to Sythe or to the charity Video is supporting.
IN ADDITION - even with the donation, if i am contacted by the user in the future, I will still pay him back if requested.

I have bought and sold a couple billion recently in the Cora Dyce clan, and been offered a host position. in addition, i have recently paid back a 500m Rs3 loan among other short-term loans (can be vouched for if i return, users are trusted sythe members). I have been a faithful and legitimate trader in recent years and would greatly appreciate being able to expand to sythe.
