Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned due to a chargeback. I traded 160 USD via PayPal for 104M to user http://www.sythe.org/members/451825-mister_blk.html
A few days later I had to call PayPal and dispute a few charges because I had a few authorizations, not purchases, to merchants I didn't recognize. They threw in the PayPal charges that whole week and his got tangled in the middle. Not on purpose and I recognize it was my duty to man up and pay the consequences. So I did. The victim has been payed in full, 140M @ 1.10 = 160$ and we agreed on that.

when I bought an account off him back in March, I believe for 380$ via WU, which he still has the money. He recovered the account and held it as ransom until the victim is payed back. Video the mod is also aware of this. I totally agree. I just expect that this does NOT happen to me again and I am not recovered mid game play. That would technically be scamming me since he is the only one with the power to recover the account, he is the original owner and has been payed via WU. Prior to this incident I had no problems with the account nor any recovers, etc.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I feel like I've already payed a big sentence for what I have done. The 400$ account I bought, held as ransom. The victim is payed back and I believe everyone has what they want, except me. Yeah I screwed up but as you know once an unauthorized charge happens there is no coming back or cancelling it. I had almost 1.9k frozen from my eBay sales and had to dispute the charges and still managed to get Perm limited because of this. I hope everyone, especially the mods, forgives me as I have payed back what I owed and recognized I messed up. Thank you.

Personally I don't support. This happened 6 months ago and I don't believe for a second that Paypal "accidentally" reversed the payment.

 

Can you post proof that paypal themselves 'accidentally' reversed said payment?

The way it went step by step was that PayPal noticed unsual activity on my card and limited the account. There was a few unauthorized authorizations that were pending on my PayPal which then posted. PayPal said that for this case the best option was to call the issuer because they had denied the claims. Then I see that PayPal emails me saying : I owe them 122$ and that my financial institutions had been in contact with them. That's when the victims transaction got in the middle. I called PayPal and that's when they told me it's too late and to call the bank but then I called them and they said to call PayPal to process the payment again. A roller coaster. Keep in mind I made it very clear to Ghast and Video I would not pay for quite some time as on top of this I couldn't pay anybody as money was tight.

 

I remember you talking to me about this at the time and since this has now finally been resolved, I am very happy to offer my support. Paypal is a bitch and a half to work with and they've been sued at least once for good reason for nonsense like what they put you through

 

Abstaining for now, I might vote in a day or two. I'm stuck inbetween support and no support. I'll edit this post if and when I've decided.
