It all started with Boosting Hell. This was my first ever Sythe account, where I donated $50, as well as gained around 40 vouches including a few MM vouches. I also paid out thousands upon thousands on the dice forum, including many 100-200$ dice duels to people such as 'MrEvilPwns'. I was later banned for 'scamming' Coinking, which was all because of a mistake. Coinking then got me precautionary banned, so I couldn't pay for what I owed him as he wouldn't accept PP (here's where the mistake happened, I can provide more details if need be). I then had the wrong attitude and thought "fuck him". This was 50m 07, which at the time was 150$. This 150$, however, has now been paid back to victimns (Dno) of Coinking's scams. I feel this was also the reason my first pardon was denied, as I came back expecting to pay back 50m (75$ present), but then was told I had to repay another $75, as the scammed amount at the time was worth $150. I struggled to find this, so agreed with Dno to pay back with an account. I wasn't trying in any way to get back for 'cheap', I just simply wanted to get back, but not leave myself in a sticky situation irl (of course).

Next, I made the account 'Duff'. I made Duff, shortly after being declined a pardon from Sythe on Boosting Hell. I wanted a fresh start at Sythe, with no intentions of scamming what so ever. I know ban evading is against the rules, but I believed if I start as a new and more mature person, things would be good. I then donated $50 so I could start buying/selling gold more easily, as sadly Sythe trust is now mainly based on donations. As I donated, Moes (bond holder) realised I had already donated with that Paypal on 'Boosting Hell' and 'Admirer'. I was then questioned if I was 'Admirer', which is certainly not the case as explained here, http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1875104-confessions-boosting-hell.html , but I was Boosting Hell. Despite this not being me, I believe my donation to Moes was used to refund the people 'Admirer' scammed. Although this wasn't me, I did donate for him so I see why you would think this (once again explained in the link above and if you want any more info regarding this, I will explain). Although I broke the ban evasion rules, I hope you realise that my intentions were never to scam, even as Boosting Hell, and I have always wanted to return to Sythe as I bring a lot of usefulness and activity to Sythe, and the one scam as 'Boosting hell' was refunded.

Finally, my last and most recent account 'Owen'. I came back to Sythe, once again understanding I was breaking the ban evasion rule, as Owen. A whole new identity, but the same person who can bring quality posts and helpfulness to Sythe. As you can see, I gained 52 vouches in just over 2 months of being at Sythe, as Owen. As well as these 52 vouches, I middlemanned way over 500$. This includes one specific trade where I middleman'ed a 180M 07 trade, as well as bought 100m at the same time. This left me with 280M 07 on my account, which equates to almost 400$. If I was a scammer, I'd be long gone with the 280M. Once again, I understand I broke a rule, but I am genuinely extremely remoursful about my actions. I knew I would get caught, and I did it because of my loyalty to Sythe, with or without an account. Since the ban of Owen, I have stayed active among the forums, as a guest, and haven't ban evaded since. I'm not stating this like it's some kind of accomplishment, but I genuinely realise it's not worth it, despite knowing my good intentions.


I hope you realise i'm not a threat to Sythe. I'm here to be a valued and 'honest' member of the community, and to put the past mistake behind me. The scam as 'Boosting Hell' was never an intentional scam, I was just pissed off and was going through a rough patch and was talked to like a piece of shit by somebody I didn't like as it was. I know this is not an excuse, but I have shown that it wasn't intentional, and showed maturity by doing my best to pay it back (everything is paid back).
Both Duff and Owen were both banned for ban evading, not scamming. I am not a scammer, nor am I a threat to Sythe. As mentioned, I just want to show I can be a valued member of this community. I've made a lot of friends, as Boosting hell, Duff and Owen; and it is clear i'm no scammer.

I apologise for ban evading, I know it's wrong. I just want to be a part of Sythe. I believed my previous pardon as BH was unfairly rejected and as 'Shin' suggested, it was highly likely rejected by USL simply because I tried to dispute the fact that the change of gold price was/was not relevant, despite paying the higher price regardless.

Finally, i'd like to add that I have been active on sythe as a guest, since the ban of Owen, and have kept up to date with everything happening. I have not evaded in this time (obviously not an achievement, but just stating the fact) and this shows my loyalty to Sythe. I want to become a valued member once again, and start a clean slate. Please understand I am here to be a part of the community, and occasionally use the marketplace for occasional purchases/sales.

I'll have to think about this one as well. I'm really disappointed that you decided to evade not once, but twice since your last pardon! Stay clean for 6 months and I'll definitely support you next time around, but for now I'm not voting either way.

 

In addition to my pardon, and primarily in reply to TTB & Super:

I understand your decisions in being unsure. I also would understand being made to wait another 6 months. Obviously I broke a rule between the last pardon and now, obviously ban evasion, and there is no excuse for this.

However, as I mentioned, I realise my mistakes.. I also realise that I would probably be supported if I didn't make these mistakes. Since joining Sythe from day 1 as Boosting Hell, I have always been somewhat of a Sythe addict. I love browsing the forums, watching people come and go, meeting new people, helping people, making an impact on the marketplace here and there, occasionally having a gamble (this will be no-more) and much more. The rejection of the pardon was very hard for me, as mentioned; I love Sythe, and just wanted to return. I understand ban evading isn't the way to go, more so now than before. I have kept clean since Owen (no achievement as mentioned before), and I will continue to stay clean if declined.

Ultimately, I broke a rule since the last pardon, so understandably could be made to wait 6 months longer. But let me reiterate; I understand my wrongdoings, and understand my mistakes, and feel like despite evading as Owen and gaining many vouches and recognition, I can play a big part in the Sythe community, and no more rules will be broken, banned or not.

 

I'll support, I don't like the vading but regardless your two last accounts have been legit and have the history to prove it. Your first encounter with a ban on Boosting seems like a suspicious mess and not a direct scam attempt.

No support. Regardless that your two vading accounts were legit and did not scam, it's against the rules to evade a ban. Once you show that you're able to respect the rules for a lengthy amount of time, I'll re-evaluate my position.

Last time i'll post, but seems I have 3 supports, 2 no supports and 2 unsures/neutral. I'd just like to remind you i've stayed clean for 3 months since the ban of Owen. I know this isn't 6 months, but I do understand it isn't worth vading and I understand my wrongdoings by doing this. I still feel my first pardon was unfairly rejected, but what does my opinion matter. I'm still the same person, no danger to the market place, and a big part of the community when i'm not banned. The people who know me, will know this. I would also like to add, if I do not get pardoned, I will not vade, despite being eager to become a part of the community again.

 

Looking into this, trying to tie up some loose ends. I'm not sure you're being 100% honest in this.
