Is this the richest player in RS history?

And here I am totally content with my 1b cash stack...(even though I have a burning desire to own a red phat, been my goal since '04)

 

I don't get it. That news article says he's 20 and it's from 2015. If he really did collect rares back in the early days of classic to acquire most pf his wealth, he would have been roughly 6 years old when doing it. What am I missing here?

 

Moltrinex first started Runescape in 1999, when his older cousin got him to play together for a public beta week on Devious Mud. Moltrinex was KJ Slimshady, and his cousin was Raist. They both came back in 2001 for the launch of RuneScape, and unlike most players at the time, they hoarded items from each holiday event, by the hundreds. KJ Slimshady made another account shortly after, by the name of Saxplayer, but Jagex made him change the name for unknown reasons; he chose Saxplayer'02. Raist quit in 2004 shortly after RS 2 launched, and gave Moltrinex all his rares, essentially doubling Moltrinex's collection.[5]

 

I was six when I first started Runescape. It is definitely possible as I had rares back in the day but obviously didn't know they would actually become rares one day. Everyone had them at that time so I wouldn't doubt him.

 

Didn't Jagex wipe old accounts though?

Only the inactive ones. Any accounts that were played on within the timeframe they set would not be affected by the wipes.

Also with regard to the other comments regarding playing at 6 years old, I started when I was 7 (in primary school with friends).

Looks like op is banned. But yeah, if those pictures are real; then for sure he is one of richest players ever to play runescape.

 

A few of his accounts were hacked after he was sent to prison by someone close to le me. His main account 'Moltrinex' had <20b at most. IIRC there was a thread on HLF with proof but it was almost immediately removed.

 

jagex is most likely watching his account like a hawk

Yeah was self-requested for a brief period of time. - The amount of people I've asked about this, on forums and in-game about this guy, everything seems to be true. Yet to see anyone bring up any legitimate proof of them being faked so far.

The person in these pictures, moltrinex, is psycho irl. He's currently in jail for beating or threatening to beat his parents with a baseball bat or something. His account and all of his alternate accounts were hacked months ago and he's never had more than 10b~ bank maybe. It's very easy to fabricate your wealth and really give the impression that you have a lot more than you actually do.

tldr; he's in jail and is poor on rs

 

Yeah I think on the 2nd page I posted up an article on him, but the main purpose was to discuss if he is/was the richest person in RS. But how was his accounts hacked months ago if he couldn't of been able to speak to anyone or get keylogged/hacked? Saying he has never had more then 10B at a time, where is your evidence of this or what made you say this? Would be interested to see any proof of this being "fabricated" somehow.

 

I think this is fake. It could be Photo-shopped or even easier used a program like cheat engine or such.
