Can someone Help DH pure?

Hello, im currently in the process of turning my zerk into a dh pure could anyone tell me quests i should do for training my account the wrest of the way for barrows gloves and 70 def.
1: I have veng
2: I have rune gloves
3: I have rune defender ready to get dragon once 60 def
4: I have torso
5: 109 Quest points

going to bed in 15 minutes after posting this topic so please give me information on quests and ways of training or how i should go about questing because I dont want to get close to 70 def then end up questing for barrows gloves and some how go over.

 

I suggest you finish getting 175 quest points before you train defence. Or if you really want to, get around 68 defence to be safe and finish questing.

 

Your first priority should be finishing up RFD and getting barrows gloves. Within the 175 qp you'll want to complete King's Ransom (requiring 65 defence) and the subsequent minigame, which would give you 53k (or 68k, if you haven't already done Holy Grail) total defence xp and access to piety. The defence xp rewards from other quests would be minimal after this so you shouldn't need to worry about going over 70 defence.

After that you just need to finish training up to 70 def/pray, which would put you at 93/94 combat. You could start pking then to try it out but I would recommend getting up your hp a bit via chinning (it would be a bit low at only ~75) or training strength a bit higher (90+).

EDIT: Here's a pretty good guide that should take you through completing RFD (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Wx_dKHA8L0sW9SspxVcZlXuiDL3QvKex3O-l439ciB4/edit#gid=0). You already have 109 qp so just go through the ones that you haven't done and remember to swap some out for King's Ransom and its prequests.

After getting barrows gloves/70 def, I recommend training your range for HP levels. HP is one of the most important stats when you start DH pking.

 

I suggest you train your str to attleast 96 before considering anything else. Right now it's a bit low to actually PK.

do you think i could train out 60 def or 65 def before i quest the wrest for barrows gloves because atm i have all the def quests for zerker and attack quests and half the prayer quests

 

Yeah, as long as you do King's ransom and the piety miniquest (which is the biggest chunk of xp that you'll receive from questing, by far) before training to 70, you should be fine. The exp difference between levels gets high enough that going over from quest rewards shouldn't really be a worry.

 

okay so if you were me youd train 65 def then quest? I wont go over correct? im sorry if i sound dumb im just kinda confused here lmao

 

If you stop at 65, you will 100% not go over 70, no matter how many defence quests you do.

 

Okay thanks alot man! about to go train now! id rather do quests last i cant find the energy to knock them out atm

 

It helps if you knock out the quests one by one I think, just set them as goals along with your levels goals. 1 quest a day really isn't that bad, I promise.
