why did i get banned? [2nd opinion]

apparently i was banned for this, i told op that i was going to sell my gold+his and then i would pay him because i had a bulk buyer and at that time, i only had 3b. He agreed, after about 10 minutes, my bulk buyer backed out and i gave back his gold and i went afk again, we discussed this over sythechat and then i went to go eat dinner and watch netflix

i gave him equal value, i said in chat, "is this okay", he said, uhh, sec, then he got a pc of it and then he said ya its ok
the reason why i ignored him is because i already paid him, i was going to watch netflix with my family members
he paid me 1.7b cash and a tsod, i paid him 1.5b cash and 5 ags

No, i don't have any pictures, i didn't think this arrogant fuck would get me banned for no reason..? I'm sorry that i gave you different items that had the same value and you said you were fine with it..? Yet, i get banned because i go afk and watch netflix after i talked to this guy on sythechat and didn't want to waste more time because my parents were waiting for me so we can watch the new seasons on arrow; then u guys assume that i'm scamming because i'm "afk"..?

 

You claim he was okay with it, can you get a screenshot of that?

 

no, we never talked over via skype, it was over forum msg, and ing and via sythechat, i confirmed it over ing if this was fine, he said "k", i took that as a yes, i'm sorry i didn't take any screenshots because i never knew this ungrateful person would go this far to get me banned for no reason?

I contacted the victim who has claimed there was no trade that ever took place in regards to "the wrong items".

He said he was never given anything, not the wrong items as OP claims.

 

Ya, literally, i don't know what i did to that kid, this is what happened, i told op that i was gonna use his $$ to sell a kid 5b, because i had 3b and op had 2b and we could've, then the kid buying 5b backed out, i repaid op with his items+some of my items. I later was browsing sythe and he kept msging me saying refund him, which i already did, so i ignored him.. I was watching netflix with my family and was wondering what he's talking about.
that's what happened, if you are literally gonna believe him based on me being afk, then i don't know what to say about this site.
