TWC Wuji?

so i was dicing and cleaned someone for their mini ranks.

Next we played BTC FOR BTC
and he won so i paid him his $25


we played again and then i won $25 BTC. i sent him my btc address and he logged off sythe.

he then replied to me "wanna play again" and i didnt say "yes or no" but i just quoted his roll and rolled.

I have reason to believe when he rolled the second time while still owing me money he logged off of sythe because he rolled terribly and was now in debt $50 (if he lost)until i rolled and lost. so therefore him owing me nothing but the thing is, he was actively replying instantly/rolling and the moment he was about to pay me/owe me more he becomes inactive and then comes back 20 minutes later with a story, i believe he was trying to run up a winning tab and then on his loss streak downfall he would leave, well here's my proof.
he rolled badly the second time before paying me for the first time and then logged right after the roll.

and since then he was gone.

also after this occurred i asked him to hold his BTC as he was taking longer to reply now and had disappeared, and then he posted again as if we had said yes to another game.

After telling him i never agreed and what not haven't heard from him since.

for the record he doesn't owe me anything as i was stupid and quoted his roll and lost, for the record he never sent me my $25 and then played again, i just think this turned out in his favor (so no scam occurred) so he wasnt banned, but i think a TWC is warranted.

 

The story is confusing and there isn't enough proof here for a TwC. Everyone has their money and everyone is happy correct? Feel free to contact me if you dice with him again and things do or look like they will go south.
