working on ipaudit

 

writing part 1/6 of the ipaudit addon:

submit IP to ipsearch table on successful login in either site proper or admincp

 

writing ipaudit subsystem

 

I may need to update the entire ip audit system for ipv6, researching now

 

I'll leave it as is for now can extend it later

 

ips are now being submitted to the ipaudit system on successful user login

 

ok ips being submitted for adminlogin too now


now to move on to post and pm

trying to log ip on post and new thread without resorting to targeted patcher

not looking good

 

figured out how to do it without targeted patcher

can override the datawriter class within their addon model

 

ip being submitted to audit table on post/edit post now

 

ip being submitted to audit table on pm now

that's the first half of the ipaudit system done (parts 1 to 3)

now I need to write the three lookup systems (user, admin and at point of registration)
