Ban dispute Pencil

So somehow I got banned again from the exact same report thread, let me clarify.

Clock my asteals vatar and sets it as his Skype profile picture, and because he is currently banned from Sythe I get accused of ban evading because we have the same picture. Take another look, http://i.imgur.com/91BXHvB.png
It's obvious that Clock stole my avatar.

Does this mean that now if I steal anyone Sythe avatar then they will get banned? Just not enough proof.

I was unbanned as well yesterday as the mod admitted that it wasn't enough proof.

 

I discussed with some other staff members & we came to the conclusion that you are a ban evader. You can make a pardon in the "request a pardon" section if you would like to return.
