Question about my forum acc

Hi I tried logging onto my forum acc Nolan817, and it says I need to change the password because the account is older than 6 months. It has an email on the account. However, I no longer have access to that email, and was wondering is there any other way for me to recover the account?

This is my current address I am at, I have lived in two other spots. 1 is in the current city I am in, and the other is my home town. So I can try and get the other IP's I used.

 

I no the name of the email I have registered I just do not have access to it.
