Pardon request.

Hello.
I'm here trying to get a pardon on any account with my name tied to it. I was banned off one of my accounts because of a chargeback that never occured, and was not able to dispute or argue my case, even though I never dealt with paypal transactions in the first place. So I'm here trying to get unbanned so I can make an account in the first place. I was also banned two to three years ago and haven't been able to make an account since. If I could talk to a mod or admin that would be great. Thanks,
