Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I didn't scam no1, i 'faked' the trade to gain my first early vouch, this is why i had no evidence when Ghast spoke with me about it and kept dodging every question.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Besides this 'fake/self vouching' i never broke any other rules than i can remember ( besides few spam posts which i got infracted for )

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Basicly i struggled real hard to start trading because no1 would trust me or refused to use a MM/couldn't pay fees, so i thought in doing a 'fake sale' to get me going, which ended up working.
I am not sure what reason i could give to be unbanned, but i never really stole from anyone, if i don't get a chance now, i will wait out my 6 month and try again

Going to need to see some sort of proof backing up your claims. Until then, I won't be supporting.

 

In all honesty, this feels like more of a dispute than a Pardon. Had you stated this to Ghast clearly instead of dodging all of his questions I may have considered supporting, however under the circumstances I can't.

Yes, i understand it was stupid trying to avoid the fact i 'created' a trade just to get me going
However i never scammed/evaded even after im banned, nor will i if my appeal gets denied, i will wait 6 months and hopefully get another chance

The only evidence i can give you is on the topic related to the fake sale, there is only me posting account was sold and a mod closing it, no1 vouching/acusing of scam, because no1 actually bought it

You've got no proof and lied when confronted. Even if your story were true, you messed up. I'd consider supporting you in 6 months but not now.
