scammed

I got scammed for a maxed melee staker ( i wanted to sell it and he deleted me )
The guy i bought it from wants me to make a scam report untill he can recover it from me.

can you explain what happened here? your screenshots aren't helpful at all and your explanation doesn't make sense.
